Wayne Massie is a lifelong resident of Amherst County and has been married to his wife, Cheryl, for 30 years. Together, they have four adult children—Madison, Jordan, Nicholas, and Chase. Wayne brings over three decades of experience as a design professional specializing in infrastructure development and rehabilitation. A registered Professional Engineer since 2001, he also serves as President of the Lynchburg Chapter of the Virginia Society of Professional Engineers (VSPE).

Nicholas Massie is a lifelong resident of Amherst County who has been married to his wife, Angel, since they were both 19 years old. They achieved the milestone of purchasing their first home at just 20 years old and are now raising their two young daughters, Oakley and Lakelyn.
After graduating from high school, Nicholas entered the workforce and built a strong career in manufacturing, gaining valuable hands-on experience along the way. He also brings years of expertise in home improvement and retail operations. Trained by nationally recognized real estate professionals, Nicholas is passionate about helping individuals and families turn their investment dreams into reality.
