How it works

- Our team will work with you to build your final deposit and coordinate with a broker to establish a path to mortgage-ready status.
- As the program elements are met, you will build your credit and qualify for a conventional mortgage. At the end of the term you will have the option to buy your home through a conventional bank mortgage for the predetermine price that is established Day 1 of your contract. Improve the home, home values rise, you benefit.
