We buy the home that fits your budget, wants, and needs and then enter into a rent to own contract allowing you to work towards building your credit, employment history, etc. to then purchase the home from the company at a price set in the contract. At the end of your contract you may also choose to leave the home.
How it works
- Our team will help you move to a home of your choice This is typically a 2-to-3-month timeframe while we help find the right home and close on the purchase so you can buy it from us a at a predetermined price in the future.
- Your program will be customized to suit your financial/personal needs.
- You will put an initial deposit towards your new home.
- Our team will work with you to build your final deposit.
- Our goal is to aid you in becoming a homeowner by the end of the program.

- Provide insurance on your possessions
- Pay all utility bills when due
- Keep up the maintenance on your home
